Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) – Bangalore

About the role

d-Matrix is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6–12 month contract to lead full‑cycle hiring for engineering and technical positions. The role is based onsite in Bangalore and will partner closely with hiring managers to build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for technical and engineering roles, from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Drive a positive candidate experience with timely communication and transparent feedback.
• Own requisition data hygiene and reporting within the Ashby ATS.

Required profile

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with a strong track record in technical/engineering hiring.
• Deep knowledge of the India talent market and local compensation benchmarks.
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred) and pipeline reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a contract/consulting recruiting capacity is a plus.
