Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 13‑17 years of experience to lead large‑scale, complex programs that sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and business. The role acts as a strategic bridge, translating product vision into reliable delivery outcomes across global, distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑stream programs, establishing execution rigor and outcome accountability.
• Lead Agile execution at scale, aligning multiple squads and workstreams.
• Serve as the primary interface between product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure roadmap and customer outcome alignment.
• Provide high‑level solution oversight, driving clarity on business objectives and guiding architectural direction.
• Influence technical and functional decisions without direct coding, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• 13‑17 years of program/project management experience in technology‑driven environments.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi‑team programs.
• Strong background in digital transformation, SaaS/platform ecosystems, and large‑scale modernization initiatives.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of product management and delivery.
