Senior Technical Program Manager – Analytics & Data Platforms

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of engineering projects within the Clearing Program. The role focuses on analytic platforms and data‑driven solutions, ensuring end‑to‑end coordination across multiple scrum teams and external technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver a portfolio of technology projects from inception to completion.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of engineering work, managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate across internal teams, architectures and external providers to remove blockers and ensure successful outcomes.
• Report progress to stakeholders, aligning timelines and resources.
• Work with multiple scrum teams, either cross‑cutting across products or focused on a single feature set.
• Collaborate with external technology providers and customers to define requirements and ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical program manager in a large‑scale technology environment.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated skill in risk management, prioritisation and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working with data‑centric platforms and analytic solutions.
• Deep understanding of design approaches and technologies used in the assigned area.
• Focus on customer experience, problem solving and delivery excellence.
• Ability to operate with limited guidance and drive results autonomously.
