Senior Technical Lead – PLC, Vision & MES

About the role

The Senior Technical Lead will drive automation excellence across PLC, vision and MES domains in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. You will ensure reliable machine operation, support digitalisation initiatives and lead preventive maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot and modify PLC programs; work with servo actuators, drives, motors and electrical systems.
• Program and debug industrial camera controllers from Keyence and Cognex.
• Maintain MES functionality on the shop floor, resolve connectivity issues and support data capture for production and quality.
• Operate ABB robots using FlexPendant, teach points, correct paths and handle I/O for grippers and sensors.
• Attend machine breakdowns, perform root‑cause analysis, document corrective actions and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage spare‑part inventory, coordinate with vendors and track maintenance budgets.

Required profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in machine maintenance and automation, preferably in automotive or precision manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
