Senior Technical Infrastructure Manager

About the role

As a senior member of the IT Operations function, you will own the core technology systems as a product, aligning them with business goals and overseeing design, implementation and maintenance of the foundational IT environment. You will manage day‑to‑day infrastructure services, deliver projects such as cloud migrations, mergers and acquisitions, and ensure the stability of existing applications and servers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term infrastructure roadmaps, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage cloud platforms, software licences, networks, servers, storage, databases and security across a global network.
• Lead a team of Wintel, Desktop and DevOps engineers, handling performance appraisals, on‑call rotation and 24/7 support.
• Oversee budget, KPIs and system performance while driving automation and scripting initiatives.
• Ensure security standards, fire‑wall management, breach monitoring and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems or network roles.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and project delivery in hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills and ability to act as escalation point.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management and formal change control processes.

• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA A+, MS 365 Endpoint Administrator, CCNA
