Senior Taxtation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Taxation Executive to ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, covering both direct and indirect taxes. The role involves managing GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits and supporting strategic tax planning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file Income Tax returns, manage TDS/TCS compliance, and handle advance tax calculations.
• Ensure GST compliance, file GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B and annual returns, reconcile input tax credit and address GST audits.
• Maintain statutory records, coordinate with auditors, and produce tax reports and MIS for management.
• Support tax planning strategies, monitor legislative updates and advise internal teams on tax implications.
• Assist in tax assessments, scrutiny, litigation matters and respond to departmental notices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA or Inter‑CA preferred.
• 2–5+ years of experience in corporate taxation or a CA firm.
• Strong knowledge of Indian direct and indirect tax laws and compliance procedures.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to handle confidential financial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/accounting tools such as Tally or SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.
