Senior Talent Partner – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

As a Senior Talent Partner you will lead the end‑to‑end recruiting process for critical positions, ensuring a pipeline of high‑quality candidates. Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position.
• Leverage relationships with external vendors, niche job boards, and social media to source candidates.
• Maintain and report metrics in the ATS, providing feedback to streamline the recruitment process.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition with a strong understanding of best practices.
• Ability to lead small projects, mentor junior recruiters, and solve complex sourcing challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for building consensus and handling sensitive information.
