Senior Talent Development Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Development Specialist will shape and deliver talent, leadership and organisational development programmes that boost business performance. Working from Hyderabad, you will partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to diagnose needs, design scalable solutions and act as a trusted advisor and coach.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve talent development programmes aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Provide consultative guidance to senior leaders and HR on leadership and organisational development.
• Manage complex, multi‑faceted programmes ensuring quality execution and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate high‑impact conversations with leaders to diagnose challenges and recommend solutions.
• Coach high‑potential talent and support leaders in capability and career growth.
• Create executive‑level materials that translate data into actionable strategies.
• Leverage data, research and benchmarking to inform continuous improvement.
• Champion initiatives that enhance culture, inclusion and employee experience.
• Oversee partnerships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Guide change‑management and communication efforts to drive adoption of talent initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent, leadership or organisational development at a senior level.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior executives.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into development solutions.
• Experience coaching leaders and high‑potential talent.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously with a focus on outcomes.
