Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of functions, from sales and revenue to technology, digital, production and corporate leadership positions. The role demands a strategic partner who can attract top talent, manage the full hiring cycle, and support hiring managers in fast‑moving environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑level to senior leadership roles across diverse business functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking and proactive headhunting.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain clear communication with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate hiring reports and conduct industry mapping.
• Utilise ATS and analytics tools to track pipeline performance and improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Educational qualification: PGDM/MBA in Human Resources.
• Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Knowledge of analytics for recruitment metrics.
