About the role

Endor Labs is building an Application Security platform that helps software teams identify and fix critical risks across complex codebases. As a Senior Talent Acquisition professional focused on R&D, you will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for engineering and related business functions in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess and guide a diverse pool of candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and passive talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and build proactive hiring plans.
• Leverage recruitment metrics and data to improve processes, report on pipeline activity and address hiring challenges.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience from interview to offer.
• Align recruitment initiatives with the company’s growth objectives and participate in special projects such as interview best‑practice assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and talent mapping for technical and business roles.
• Proven ability to partner independently with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and results‑driving skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment and is highly self‑motivated.
