Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports PepsiCo Beverages Canada by managing end‑to‑end recruitment for frontline and early‑talent positions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Broaden sourcing strategies for frontline roles across multiple geographies.
• Post and manage job advertisements, with a focus on national co‑op postings.
• Screen candidates to match job specifications and initiate background checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and compile interview feedback.
• Utilize digital platforms to source qualified talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
• 2‑3 years of full‑cycle recruitment or HR specialist experience.
• Strong knowledge of hiring practices, employment legislation, and confidentiality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguous situations in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
