Senior Systems Administrator – Office 365

About the role

The Senior Systems Administrator is a key member of the Unified Collaboration IT Team, responsible for supporting and maintaining the Office 365 environment with a focus on SharePoint and OneDrive. The role works closely with cross‑functional IT teams to deliver global support for the corporate Microsoft Office 365 tenant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure.
• Perform Office 365 migrations, troubleshooting, system design, and service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for Office 365 products and services.
• Document operations, maintain business continuity plans, and manage disaster recovery protocols.
• Administer licensing, policies, and parameters for the Office 365 infrastructure.
• Automate reporting and operational tasks using PowerShell and Power BI.
• Collaborate with network, security, and IT Service Management teams to address business needs while ensuring cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience with Office 365 and Exchange Online.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities across enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with engineers and managers at all levels.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of handling third‑level service requests.
