Senior System Administrator (L3/L4)

About the role

World Wide Technology is seeking an experienced System Administrator (L3/L4) to join its India team. You will work in a fast‑paced, 24x7 technical support environment, providing advanced administration for Microsoft‑based infrastructure and ensuring high availability of critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced hands‑on support for Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SQL failover clustering and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
• Maintain Hyper‑V clusters and other virtualization platforms.
• Manage backup solutions using Veeam and Commvault.
• Perform patch management and server maintenance through Configuration Manager.
• Stay current with Microsoft server tools, Azure services and emerging platform features.
• Document resolutions, create knowledge articles and contribute to problem‑management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting internal or external clients via phone, email or deskside.
• Experience working in a 24x7 technical support environment.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is an asset.
