Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our Noida office. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance and security of our servers, desktops and laptops while providing advanced technical support to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor servers, desktops and laptops, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Perform regular backups, apply patches and updates, and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Document system configurations, procedures and changes.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to recommend and implement infrastructure improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior or lead IT support role.
• Ability to work on‑site in Noida, handle multiple tasks and respond to urgent incidents.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft or Linux certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
