Senior Supply Planner

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to manage end‑to‑end supply processes, from planning through delivery, ensuring product availability while navigating global constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse unconstrained supply requests applying constraints such as lead times, MOQ, capacity and raw material availability to deliver a viable, confirmed supply plan.
• Secure and monitor supply confirmations, ensuring performance exceeds established goals.
• Partner with Business, Product Development and Sourcing teams to coordinate seamless execution of supply plans.
• Identify and resolve supply and resource constraints, exploring cross‑sourcing opportunities to improve flexibility.
• Identify products and markets suitable for agility programmes and collaborate with vendors to implement models that reduce lead times.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain disciplines such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning or Procurement, preferably in apparel.
• Proven analytical planning abilities in forecasting, demand planning and resource allocation.
• Strong deadline management and ability to deliver high‑quality work on time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with supply planning systems.
