Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst to lead core planning and network operations for a designated area, category or plant‑SKU network. The role ensures accurate planning outputs, timely execution and compliance with service and performance metrics while supporting continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day supply planning and network operations activities, maintaining planning parameters, master data accuracy and system discipline.
• Monitor inventory, supply signals, capacity constraints and material availability; identify risks, take corrective actions or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure on‑time supply execution and resolve issues.
• Perform replenishment, deployment, material planning and planned order execution following established processes.
• Utilize Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) platforms, ERP systems and digital planning tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing simplifications.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain and operations, preferably in global, complex planning networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; Master’s in Supply Chain or Operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage large data sets and drive data‑based decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with APS tools such as Kinaxis, o9, OMP, IBP or APO.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI for reporting and analytics.
