Senior SuccessFactors Engineer – EMEA Region (India)

About the role

The EMEA Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant provides expert BAU support, L3 issue resolution and continuous improvement for Colliers’ SuccessFactors landscape across EMEA, focusing on Employee Central and related modules such as Onboarding, Time Off and Performance & Goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as functional L3 support consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, primarily handling complex Employee Central issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, data errors, configuration defects and integration‑related failures within SLA.
• Deliver approved configuration changes, minor enhancements and data corrections across Employee Central and related modules.
• Lead BAU activities for quarterly SuccessFactors releases, including impact assessment, regression testing and post‑release stabilization.
• Provide functional support for integrations with payroll, benefits and expense management systems.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a BAU or application‑management environment.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred, with additional certification or experience in Time Management, Onboarding, Compensation or Performance & Goals.

• Integration knowledge with SAP Employee Central Payroll and third‑party payroll/benefits platforms
