Senior Strategic Account Manager – Hyderabad

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead partner relationships in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for onboarding, growing, and managing a portfolio of 70‑80 restaurant partners, driving the Dine‑out business to achieve significant GMV targets.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners, explain platform requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners, ensuring accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high image coverage.
• Deliver persuasive presentations on Dine‑out plans, promotions, and growth opportunities to secure consistent partner investment.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to launch events on schedule.
• Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout denials, to ensure seamless experiences for customers and partners.
• Prepare growth plans for each account and gather competitor insights.
• Filter and interpret data from the restaurant dashboard, communicating key performance metrics to partners.
• Monitor partner investments against competition and drive actions to maintain or exceed competitor levels.
• Collaborate with partner support, sales operations, and other stakeholders to align discounts, RDP updates, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management or key account sales, preferably in the food‑tech or restaurant industry.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence partner decisions.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience interpreting performance dashboards and translating insights into action.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of partners and meet aggressive GMV targets.
