Senior Store Executive – Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Store Executive to lead inventory operations at our Kalunga facility in Raurkela, Odisha. The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels of spares and consumables, ensuring accurate records, and minimizing losses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inventory activities: receipt, storage, issue, reconciliation, and record maintenance.
• Ensure physical and ERP inventory records are accurate and reduce discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels, trigger timely replenishment, and prevent stock‑outs.
• Maintain minimum stock thresholds as defined in the system.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile findings.
• Uphold safety, pollution control, IMS, and 5S standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for inventory requirements and transfers.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in a large‑scale operation.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
