About the role

Arvachin Hospital is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to provide high‑quality, compassionate patient care in its multi‑specialty setting. This full‑time, on‑site position involves direct bedside care, supervision of junior nurses, and collaboration with the wider healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring and documenting patient status.
• Oversee and mentor junior nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate care with physicians, allied health professionals and support families through clear communication and education.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with infection‑control standards and patient‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) with current registration.
• Several years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in a multi‑specialty or acute‑care setting.
• Proven experience supervising and mentoring nursing staff.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
