About the role

The Senior Staff Nurse will provide high-quality, patient‑centered nursing care in a hospital setting in Bengaluru. This full‑time, on‑site position involves direct patient care, supervision of junior staff, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
• Supervise, mentor, and organise workloads for junior nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, safety standards, and infection‑control protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Participate in documentation, audits, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Support training activities and implementation of new clinical procedures.

Required profile

• Current nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Recognised nursing degree or diploma.
• Several years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or acute‑care settings, with prior supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities and proficiency in medication administration.
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Willingness to work shifts and engage in continuous professional development.
