Senior Staff Engineer – Lustre

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new features for our high‑performance storage platforms.
• Maintain and enhance existing software solutions.
• Analyze and resolve software bugs across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and distributed teams to understand product requirements.
• Contribute to technical documentation and product validation.
• Optimize performance for specific use cases and deployment environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of software development experience with C in Linux environments.
• 3+ years working with enterprise‑class storage, HPC systems, or distributed systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
