Senior Specialist – Supplier Performance Management

About the role

Support supplier performance management activities for the India region, monitor performance metrics, identify trends and risks, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Support supplier performance management activities for the India region, including monitoring metrics and identifying trends.
• Prepare and maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, review materials and performance reports.
• Partner with supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing and quality teams to resolve supplier issues and drive improvement initiatives.
• Track supplier issues, escalations and corrective‑action progress to ensure supply continuity.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis, corrective‑action tracking and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum seven years of experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain, manufacturing operations or quality.
• Experience with raw‑materials or packaging‑materials procurement and outsourced manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of supplier performance metrics, scorecards and corrective‑action processes.
• Strong data‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
