Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract – APAC

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract for APAC will lead the delivery of procurement sourcing and contracting activities across India, ensuring compliance, efficiency and a strong user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Source-to-Contract analysts supporting India and APAC operations.
• Manage day‑to‑day S2C processes including sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract drafting and execution.
• Partner with India stakeholders and category teams to translate business needs into sourcing actions.
• Maintain relationships with business partners, suppliers and functional peers to influence outcomes.
• Support supplier onboarding, documentation quality and coordination with Finance/Tax.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation of S2C processes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of procurement, supply chain or contract management experience.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, contracting and supplier engagement.
• Experience working with India stakeholders and suppliers.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed global environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement systems and contracting tools.
• Experience using sourcing platforms and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of digital process improvement, automation and AI initiatives.
