Senior Specialist – Product Experience Design

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design to join its rapidly growing data and services product development team. The role focuses on creating human‑centred, data‑driven experiences for B2B and B2B2C digital products, ranging from dashboards and chatbots to voice interfaces and IoT applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design proof‑of‑concepts and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using Lean UX and Design Thinking principles.
• Lead and participate in cross‑functional Design Thinking workshops with industry verticals, regional leads and end‑users.
• Explore innovative possibilities in Big Data, AI and Machine Learning while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to and extend Mastercard’s design pattern library.
• Create a cohesive visual language across web, mobile and IoT form factors.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and technology teams to define implementation standards and deliver delightful transactional experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a User Experience or Interaction Designer, preferably in data‑intensive products.
• Strong understanding of human‑centred design and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
