Senior Solution Consultant – Veeva Quality (India)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to help life‑science organisations modernise their quality and manufacturing processes using the Veeva Quality cloud platform. The role is customer‑facing, guiding prospects from discovery through proof‑of‑concept and executive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers’ quality objectives, regulatory requirements and transformation priorities.
• Translate business and compliance needs into differentiated Veeva Quality solution designs.
• Deliver compelling demos, workshops and proof‑of‑concepts that illustrate measurable value.
• Support the sales team by strengthening executive relationships and advancing opportunities.
• Provide market and competitive insights to shape account strategy and solution positioning.

Required profile

• 5+ years overall experience with at least 3 years in solution consulting for pharma, biotech, MedTech or diagnostics.
• Proven pre‑sales and customer‑facing experience within a software or technology organisation.
• Strong knowledge of quality and/or manufacturing operations in life sciences.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30 % across India and ability to work from Mumbai, Hyderabad or Bangalore.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; additional regional languages a plus.
