Senior Solution Consultant – Quality (India)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to help life‑science companies modernise their quality and manufacturing processes using the Veeva Quality cloud platform. The consultant works directly with customers, account teams and internal experts throughout the sales cycle to translate regulatory and operational needs into tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers’ quality objectives, pain points and transformation priorities and map them to Veeva Quality capabilities.
• Design and deliver demonstrations, workshops, proof‑of‑concepts and conference‑room pilots that showcase compliance, efficiency and user‑experience benefits.
• Support the sales team by advancing opportunities, building executive relationships and positioning Veeva as a strategic partner.
• Provide market, industry and competitive insights to shape account strategy and solution positioning.

Required profile

• 5+ years overall experience with at least 3 years as a Solution Consultant in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech or a related regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality and/or manufacturing operations in life sciences and experience in pre‑sales consulting.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30 % across India and ability to work from Mumbai, Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise applications such as QMS, DMS, LMS, VMS or LIMS.
• Proficiency in SaaS and cloud‑based platforms, including Veeva Quality, Regulatory, Clinical or Safety applications.
• Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and enterprise software implementation.
