Senior Solution Architect

About the role

Metyis is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join its Technology team in Bangalore. You will work closely with C‑level clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive digital business transformation and deliver end‑to‑end enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client business domains and identify Digital Business Transformation opportunities.
• Lead solution architecture from discovery through production readiness, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Define architecture standards covering security, scalability, performance, availability, resiliency, observability, maintainability, cost optimisation and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Platform teams to establish governance frameworks and best practices across engagements.
• Engage executive stakeholders to drive strategic technology decisions, platform selection and roadmap planning.
• Own technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, proposals and client presentations, including effort estimation and staffing models.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise‑level technology consulting.
• Proven ability to interact with senior business leaders and influence technology strategy.
• Strong leadership skills to guide cross‑functional teams and mentor junior architects.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
