Senior Software Engineer – ServiceNow CSM Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver robust integrations and automation that enhance our IT service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow environment.
• Implement CSM modules, configure Agent Workspace, and integrate third‑party APIs.
• Monitor system stability, performance, and manage upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and customize forms and fields.
• Integrate ServiceNow with tools such as Active Directory and monitoring solutions.
• Develop automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• Create dashboards, reports, and knowledge‑base articles for stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience developing ServiceNow CSM solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Virtual Agent, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and automation governance.
• Certification such as ServiceNow Developer (preferred).
