Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce

About the role

Fictiv is looking for a senior software engineer to lead Salesforce development initiatives. You will have the creative liberty to design and deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that support the company’s sales and customer goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce projects from design through deployment, coordinating with product owners and cross‑functional teams.
• Guide adoption of new processes and technical tools, ensuring alignment with future technical direction.
• Provide technical oversight, mentor team members, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., MuleSoft) and maintain data integrity across platforms.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven track record delivering custom solutions in CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, or Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and database design.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaborative skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Integration experience, preferably with MuleSoft.
• Unit testing, functional testing, and debugging expertise.
