Senior Software Engineer (person with disability)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is a person with disability to join our development teams in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The role requires 5‑10 years of experience and offers a salary of 12‑22 LPA. Candidates must hold a valid UDID card.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse developers, business users, and project managers across multiple teams.
• Act as technical lead, handling coding, code reviews, design reviews and internal testing sign‑off.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for issue investigation, vulnerability remediation and secure coding.
• Participate in design discussions and create proofs of concept to support decisions.
• Provide expertise during incident and problem resolution.
• Monitor and analyze production logs and ensure compliance with process methodologies and documentation.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience developing scalable, high‑performance web applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, micro‑services and Hibernate.
• Strong front‑end experience with HTML5, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), Angular or React and responsive design.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory) and issue‑tracking systems (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience writing unit tests (JUnit, Mocha/Jasmine/Jest) and deploying applications on Linux environments.
• Good verbal and written communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
