Senior Software Engineer - Golang

About the role

DigiCert’s ONE CA team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build cloud‑native PKI and security management services. You will work in an agile, cross‑functional environment developing highly scalable web services that protect digital interactions for thousands of enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Build RESTful, highly scalable cloud‑native web services using Go.
• Collaborate with the team on design, development, testing, and deployment of high‑quality code.
• Engage with engineering leaders to apply industry best practices.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug product defects, delivering timely solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of PKI products, architecture, and systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go language.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful web service APIs.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, service‑based architectures, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL best practices, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
