Senior Software Developer (Python + React)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join its Bangalore team. You will work on high‑impact, database‑centric web applications, collaborating with customers and cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (FastAPI/Django) and React with TypeScript.
• Own modules end‑to‑end, from design and development to integration and deployment.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 developers, fostering best practices and technical growth.
• Participate in customer discussions, requirement analysis, and code‑level design.
• Handle application deployments, environment setup, and ensure effective Git repository management.
• Write and maintain unit test scripts for both frontend and backend components.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and follow SDLC processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 6–10 years of overall IT experience, with 2–3 years of hands‑on Python API and React development.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
