Senior Site Engineer

About the role

The Senior Site Engineer will lead daily construction activities on a luxury residential project in North Goa. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil works and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants on‑site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce quality control and safety measures.
• Verify material quality, maintain accurate site documentation, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Participate in site meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven on‑site project execution experience, preferably in high‑end residential or luxury villa construction.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with contractors, consultants, internal teams, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Ability to manage daily site operations and multiple stakeholders effectively.
