Senior ServiceNow Developer – Dashboard & Analytics

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver advanced dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions that support risk and performance monitoring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow dashboards, widgets, and reporting modules to visualize KRIs, KPIs and other operational metrics.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and security.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Optimize dashboard performance for large data sets and troubleshoot any reporting issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with stakeholders to define data‑driven solutions.
