Senior Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer to join our Customer Support team in Peenya. You will be the first point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring rapid resolution and maintaining high service standards for our machine‑tool installations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond immediately to customer complaints and coordinate service visits.
• Prepare documentation for new installations and provide on‑site interfacing support.
• Deliver online technical assistance during rotary‑table maintenance.
• Log complaints in Salesforce for the Bangalore region and monitor daily issue trends.
• Support in‑house service activities and provide technical guidance to field engineers.
• Arrange spare parts for customers, field engineers, and internal repairs.
• Create training materials with the Design Department and conduct training for engineers and customers.
• Participate in CAPA and root‑cause analysis meetings.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in service engineering within the machine‑tools sector.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, negotiation and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure.

• CNC knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens controllers)
• Salesforce for complaint management
• Technical troubleshooting of machine tools
• Installation and interfacing of rotary‑table equipment
