Senior Security Analyst

About the role

Cyderes is looking for a Senior Security Analyst to join its Managed Services team. You will provide security solutions to clients, conduct deep‑dive investigations of threats, and map findings to the MITRE ATT&CK framework to improve customers’ security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and provide instructions to other Security Analysts.
• Perform advanced endpoint, server, and network investigations and recommend remediation actions.
• Coordinate incident investigations, conduct deep‑dive threat analysis, and document findings.
• Map custom use cases to MITRE ATT&CK tactics and techniques and update runbooks.
• Maintain and query SIEM platforms, provide raw log data for escalations, and manage SIEM content.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive IT security experience, with a senior role in the last 3 years.
• Hands‑on experience with leading SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and EDR tools (e.g., Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike).
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and incident response processes.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, or SC‑200.
