Senior SAP SD Tax Functional Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD Tax Functional Specialist to lead tax‑related configuration and rollout activities within the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process for our global operations. The role will work closely with regional tax experts, the Vertex team, and other cross‑functional groups to ensure compliance with country‑specific tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in workshops with process owners, S/4 HANA table leads and Epic owners to capture tax requirements for each country.
• Drive template‑based rollouts, assessing impact on design and deployments and prioritising legal compliance.
• Prepare and present tax and legal requirement analyses to regional tax experts and governance teams.
• Document country‑specific tax obligations for the O2C process and share them with Vertex, Foreign Trade and Global Support Tax teams.
• Collaborate with the Global Support Tax team to validate development results and obtain sign‑off from all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA tax modules and configuration.
• Experience in template‑driven rollouts and tax compliance within SAP SD.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple relationships.
