Senior SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant to join our team in Pune. You will lead finance‑focused SAP implementations, work closely with clients and guide a distributed team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of FICO consultants across multiple locations.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for finance modules.
• Conduct concept workshops, design processes, prepare blueprints and configure SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
• Prepare functional specifications, perform unit, functional and integration testing, and support go‑live activities.
• Configure SAP FI, CO, AP, AR, GL and Fixed Asset Accounting, ensuring seamless integration with MM, QM, Production, Sales, Project Systems and Plant Maintenance.
• Provide expertise on Indian GST compliance within SAP projects.

Required profile

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2‑3 S/4 HANA implementations and one rollout.
• Proven ability to manage clients and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong experience in workshops, process design, blueprint creation and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Qualifications such as MBA, CA or CMA are preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
