Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer to own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem that supports sales, order processing, customer management and partner operations. Based in Pune, you will act as both administrator and lead developer, delivering scalable solutions that connect Salesforce with NetSuite ERP, licensing platforms and external portals.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain the Salesforce platform across multiple business units.
• Design, develop and deploy custom Apex, Lightning components and automation to meet functional requirements.
• Lead integration projects with NetSuite ERP, Cimatron’s Thales Licensing system, reseller partner portals and third‑party security services.
• Ensure data security, compliance and optimal performance of the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong understanding of business processes in sales, order processing and partner management.
• Ability to work independently, own end‑to‑end delivery and manage complex integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, Lightning, Flow).
• Integration experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems.
• Knowledge of licensing platforms and partner portal integrations.
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for cloud CRM.
