Senior Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Developer

About the role

Riveron is looking for a Senior Associate to lead Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management initiatives. The consultant will implement and optimise these solutions, ensuring accurate quoting, streamlined billing, and compliance with revenue‑recognition standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture pricing and billing processes and translate them into functional designs.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex product bundles, pricing rules, discount structures and quote templates.
• Design and implement subscription and recurring‑revenue models, including usage‑based billing and amendments.
• Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with NetSuite or other ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Develop custom workflows, approval processes and automation to support quote‑to‑cash and billing cycles.
• Prepare configuration runbooks, documentation and conduct user training for post‑deployment support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform with deep knowledge of CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience implementing subscription management, revenue recognition and quote‑to‑cash processes.
• Proven ability to design product, price and discount rules, guided‑selling flows and automation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/billing systems (e.g., NetSuite) using APIs and integration platforms.
