Senior Sales Executive – Personal Hygiene & Wellness

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Inmyo Wellness in Kolkata, focusing on both online and offline channels. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and build long‑term customer relationships across the personal hygiene and wellness category.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads and generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Execute territory and channel sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions and product launches.
• Provide market feedback on customer needs and competitor activity.
• Mentor junior sales team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation, pipeline management and deal closure.
• Experience in key account and channel management with retailers, distributors or marketplace partners.
• Ability to analyse sales data and use insights for forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of FMCG, personal care or wellness categories.
• Comfort working with e‑commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field; relevant sales certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and trade activities.
