About the role
Riyaga Jewels is seeking a passionate, customer‑focused professional to strengthen its retail team. As a Senior Sales Executive you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery collections.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build long‑term customer relationships
- Promote gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery collections
- Drive repeat business and referrals
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
Required profile
- 2–5 years of jewellery retail sales experience
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of diamond and gold jewellery
- Positive attitude and customer‑centric approach
- Immediate joiners preferred
