Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales growth for Soul Travelling’s curated experiential travel experiences. Based in South Goa, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with travel partners and corporate clients, and convert leads into bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by prospecting, pitching, preparing proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with operations and experience design teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Participate in on‑ground events, familiarisation trips and site visits in and around South Goa.
• Provide feedback to refine travel packages, pricing and overall product.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in travel, hospitality, tourism or experiential events.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to generate leads, manage a structured pipeline and work with CRM systems.
• Comfortable with on‑site client interactions and participation in experience‑oriented events.
• Analytical mindset with good reporting skills and data‑driven decision making.
• High ownership, self‑motivation and resilience in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Interest in experiential travel and local culture; familiarity with Goa is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Konkani or Hindi is advantageous.
