Senior Sales Executive – Experiential Travel

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join Soul Travelling, an experiential travel company based in Goa. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive revenue growth by expanding our immersive travel offerings to solo travelers, families, groups, schools, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple customer segments.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct outreach via calls, meetings, and digital channels and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with operations and experience‑design teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Represent the brand at events, build partnerships with local stakeholders, and provide customer insights to refine products and pricing.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business‑development experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, tourism or related services.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of local Goan languages is a plus.
• Self‑driven attitude with solid time‑management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
• Basic familiarity with digital platforms for lead and opportunity tracking.
