Senior Sales Driver – India & Middle East

About the role

As a Senior Sales Driver for India and the Middle East, you will own Turbocor’s commercial growth in these high‑potential markets. You will shape the regional sales strategy, build trusted relationships with OEMs, consultants and partners, and position Danfoss Turbocor as the preferred oil‑free compressor solution for data centers, chillers, heat pumps and applied HVAC systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global growth priorities.
• Act as the primary Turbocor representative for key OEMs, consultants, contractors and strategic partners.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through structured account planning and win‑plan development.
• Gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, applications, pricing and regional trends, and translate insights into actionable plans with product, applications, operations and sales teams.
• Lead regional forecasting and demand‑planning inputs, highlighting risks, shifts and customer priorities.

Required profile

• Strong sales, business development or commercial leadership experience in HVAC, chillers, data‑center or related technical industries.
• Technical understanding sufficient to discuss compressor value propositions and system applications.
• Proven ability to work independently in a matrixed, multinational environment and create alignment across functions.
• High‑ownership mindset, proactive, accountable and comfortable taking control of a region.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior leaders.
