Senior Regional Training Manager – Mumbai

About the role

The Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager will be based in Mumbai and will lead the delivery of training programmes across multiple branches in the region. You will strengthen employee capabilities through functional, behavioural and digital learning interventions, supporting both classroom and virtual formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver induction, refresher, functional, product and behavioural training sessions for employees, customers, channel partners and B2B stakeholders.
• Facilitate learning in physical classrooms and virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) environments, travelling across the region to ensure consistent delivery.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
• Create and modernise training materials – presentations, guides, short videos, assessments and simple digital modules – using tools such as Canva and AI‑based solutions.
• Support Train‑the‑Trainer programmes and design smooth digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, operations, HR and internal trainers to keep content accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance records, feedback and assessments, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Track training effectiveness and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training delivery within the financial services industry.
• Strong facilitation skills for both classroom and virtual settings.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Canva for creating engaging visual content.
• AI‑based tools for content creation and basic video elements.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
