Senior Regional Training Manager – Delhi

About the role

The Senior Regional Training Manager will be based in Delhi and will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning programmes across multiple branches in the region. The role focuses on building employee capability through functional, behavioural and digital learning interventions within a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate induction, refresher, functional, product and behavioural training sessions for employees, customers, channel partners and B2B stakeholders.
• Deliver training in both classroom settings and virtual instructor‑led formats (VILT), travelling across the region as needed.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Create and modernise training materials – presentations, guides, short videos, assessments and simple digital modules.
• Utilise tools such as Canva and AI‑based applications to enhance the visual quality and interactivity of learning content.
• Support Train‑the‑Trainer programmes and design smooth digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, operations, HR and internal trainers to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date content.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance records, feedback and assessment data, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Track training effectiveness and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation within the financial services sector.
• Strong ability to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex topics.
• Experience in behavioural and soft‑skills training is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with regional managers and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for content design.
• Experience using AI‑based tools for content creation and visual enhancement.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
