About the role
The Recruiter L3 is responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring the right talent for Wipro while delivering a positive employer brand experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Key responsibilities
- Understand business talent needs, urgency, and skill types to design effective sourcing plans.
- Utilise job portals, consultants and employee referrals to identify suitable candidates.
- Facilitate technical and HR interview processes, including programming‑skill assessments.
- Conduct HR evaluation, negotiate salary and position, and ensure offers align with Wipro salary ranges.
- Roll out job offers, coordinate acceptance, and maintain candidate engagement until joining.
- Work with the HRSS team for background verification and ensure compliance with Wipro hiring guidelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Synergy recruitment tool and upload required documents.
- Prepare and update weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment dashboards for management review.
- Communicate regularly with business teams on hiring status and address any candidate escalations.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for various skill levels and volumes.
- Strong understanding of business projections and talent demand planning.
- Ability to meet quarterly fulfilment targets and control recruitment cost per hire.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail in maintaining recruitment data integrity and auditability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Synergy recruitment tool.
