Senior Recruiter – Leadership & Mid-Level Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑level, senior and leadership positions across Sales, Business Development, Finance & Accounts, and Operations. The ideal candidate will independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, while building a robust talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment process for mid‑level, senior and leadership roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, referrals, networking and headhunting.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, role fit, compensation expectations and career aspirations.
• Coordinate interview schedules, extend offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and nurture a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated success in mid‑level and leadership hiring, especially in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and drive timely closures.
• Excellent communication, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Naukri search tools.
